Terms & Conditions — 92ab Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and the operator of the 92ab platform ("92ab", "We", "Us", "Operator"). The 92ab platform is accessible via the domain 92ab.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital products operated under the 92ab brand.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 92ab platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

92ab is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform designed for adult users. It offers sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports), live dealer casino games, video slots, crash games, and other entertainment products. All monetary references on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 92ab, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction's laws or the Operator's licence conditions. Access by persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship, declared legally incapacitated, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not register.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
4. One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on 92ab. Registering multiple accounts (using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of the Operator or any of its service providers, in a role that may create a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, current, accurate, and complete. The Operator reserves the right to verify all submitted information at any time.

To access the full functionality of the 92ab Platform, Users must complete the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including (but not limited to) your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and a chosen password.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at the Operator's discretion, 92ab may require the User to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of a mobile wallet account or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation that the Operator may reasonably require to verify identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable law

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by the Operator may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing, account restriction, or account closure. Winnings accumulated in an unverified account are held pending verification and may be forfeited if verification cannot be completed.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 92ab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

By using the 92ab Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated methods to access or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, bonus abuse, or any other activity that the Operator determines constitutes exploitation of the Platform's commercial terms
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market
• Attempting to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or software
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party

Any breach of these prohibited conduct rules entitles the Operator to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void any pending or settled bets placed in breach, confiscate any balance or winnings in the Account, and take any further legal action it deems appropriate.

92ab processes deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references familiar local payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT) — as potential deposit methods. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the Operator's live cashier configuration, the payment provider's own terms and applicable regulations, and may change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
• Processing times and applicable fees (if any) are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirming each transaction.
• Deposits made in cryptocurrencies are converted to PKR at the rate applicable at the time of confirmed transaction. Cryptocurrency exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the User.
• The Operator reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit it determines may be linked to fraudulent activity or that fails verification checks.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Users who have completed KYC. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. The Operator reserves the right to use an alternative withdrawal channel if the original deposit method is unavailable for disbursements.

The following conditions govern withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds in the Account have been fully satisfied.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• The Operator may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
• Processing timeframes are indicative only and are stated in the cashier at the time of request. Actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing windows, banking holidays, and KYC requirements.
• The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.

92ab may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between this section and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. 92ab reserves the right to exclude specific Users from individual promotions at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings upon expiry.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets specified as eligible in the promotional terms. Stakes placed on non-eligible games do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum cashout cap where stated in the promotional terms. Winnings exceeding the cap may not be withdrawable.
• The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that it will use reasonable endeavours to honour legitimate existing claims in progress at the time of amendment.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or artificial wagering patterns — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, winnings, and Account closure.

All bets and gaming rounds placed on 92ab are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.), which are available within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a reference number is issued. Market prices displayed are indicative and may change up to the point of confirmation.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds or prices resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original Stake will be refunded.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. The Operator is not liable for connectivity issues, latency, or platform disruptions that affect the placement of in-play bets.
• The Operator's decision on the settlement of any bet or game round is final, except where an error is subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events is not just contrary to these Terms — it is illegal. Any User found to have participated in or to have had knowledge of such activities may have their Account closed and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to individual markets, events, or Users. These limits are set at the Operator's discretion and may be applied without prior notice.

92ab is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you may lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into the Platform for a defined period.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and all marketing communications will cease upon activation.

Adults 18 years of age or older may access the Platform, subject to any higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction or Operator's licence conditions. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time. Underage gambling is illegal and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identification information
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirement to do so
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in the Operator's inactive account policy)

Inactivity Fees: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transactional activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, the current rate of which is disclosed in the cashier. Users will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. Any remaining balance in a closed account that cannot be returned due to inability to process payments will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law.

Voluntary Closure: A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Requests for voluntary closure are processed promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User through the verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of pending investigations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 92ab, its operators, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruptions, errors, or failures in Platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service provider failures
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any financial losses arising from your participation in sports betting, casino games, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, data, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's own negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by Applicable Law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

All content on the 92ab Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual content, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the Operator's prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the 92ab customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures available under the Operator's licence jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users specifically: 92ab does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority. The use of this Platform may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law. 92ab strongly recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations before participating.

92ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform, which will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

For material changes, the Operator will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a visible on-screen notice upon login. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
